I had to remove the metal plate on the ethernet & modem adaptor, and still It would not fit, so I had to unscrew the two screws that kept the IDE controller in place in order to move it more to the right, so that I could connect the hard disk. If you put the metal plate back on again, even when the screws I talked about are unscrewed, you will not be able to get the hdd to fit on the adapter. So it has to be off, you will need a size T-7 or T-6 torx screwdriver to unscrew the screws holding the IDE connector in place. I have not tried anything else than installing PS2 Linux, and that worked great... |
