Modded original Network Adaptor with IDE to SATA Adaptor from eBay (cca 6,- euro), cca 2m of kynar wire, 20cm of thick cable, desoldering wick, tin solder, soldering iron of course and lots of time. Works perfectly on fatter version of Sony Network Adaptor as there is lots of room after removing useless and not needed phone line/modem PCB. Would help you (for free) if you contact me.
This HDD is SATA 2, it is silent, it gets warm but never hot and loading of games is really faster than on my old IDE HDD |
